HUNGER IS CLOSER THAN YOU THINK.

Right here in Kentucky, 257,750 children face hunger—that’s roughly 1 in every 4 kids. They live in our communities, attend our schools, play on our teams, and sit beside our children in the classroom. For too many Kentucky kids, having enough to eat is never guaranteed.

A hungry child doesn’t leave hunger at the classroom door. It is hard to concentrate when your stomach is empty. It is hard to learn when you are worried about dinner. And it is hard for a child to reach their potential when getting enough to eat is a daily question. Kids should be thinking about what they want to be when they grow up—not whether there will be food when they get home.

WE NEED YOUR HELP

Jesus said, “I was hungry and you gave me something to eat.For Boone Brothers, those words are more than inspiration. They are a call to action – and we need your help.

Hunt deer this season and donate your harvest at one of our Doe Depots in Kentucky.

If you’re a cattle farmer, donate a calf, a cow, or a steer that will be turned into one of our Beef Boone Bites.

If you are not a hunter or cattle farmer, give generously so that we can feed more kids.
